Congratulations to Eden Truax on becoming the State Champion in Declamation in the Ohio Speech and Debate Association, Speech and Debate Championship this past weekend at Austintown Schools. She is the first student in Kenston High School history to achieve this honor. She earned fifteen (15) “1s” to help her earn her the State Champion title in Declamation.
Eden has earned the Degree of Outstanding Distinction from the National Speech and Debate Association and the Academic All-American Award, which is only earned by less than 2% of those competing in Speech and Debate. View video
