We love pets, but in order to abide by the District’s Animal Policy, ensure the safety and security of those on campus and to keep our grounds clean, we need the help of our community in adhering to the policy.
The Kenston Board of Education recognizes many occasions when animals are permitted on District property:
- Animals permitted in schools and elsewhere on District property shall be limited to those necessary to support specific curriculum-related projects and activities, those that provide assistance to a student or staff member due to a disability, or those that serve as service animals as required by Federal and State Law.
Please refrain from bringing any non-teaching and/or non-service animals on District Property in accordance with Board Policy.
