Melody Coniglio, CSNT CDPT, Director of Transportation, shared with the Board, an update on the Transportation Department. Twenty-five buses and six vans are on the road every day, driving 2,159 students on 136 routes for a total of 3,253 miles a day. Kenston provides service to 30 schools and work-study programs. As a district, Kenston is so thankful for our drivers and all the hard work and hours spent transporting all of our students to and from school.
Mrs. Coniglio shared that the Transportation Department has had to become creative with thinking and planning this year as we have fewer drivers. Kenston Transportation is looking for drivers and will offer training to those who apply. If interested, click here to apply today.
