Congratulations to Kenston High School English teacher, Mrs. Annie Brust, on earning a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Kent State University. Dr. Brust successfully completed and defended her dissertation in Textual Criticism, Medieval Literature and Modernist Works. Her research focused on uncovering hidden voices from Medieval, Norse and Celtic manuscripts that are rewritten into modern text. Her dissertation will be published in January on OhioLink.
Dr. Brust teaches Senior level and College Credit Plus English courses. She has taught at Kenston for the past 15 years.
