Beginning on June 1, 2021 is a new procedure in place for students to follow in order to log his/her community service hours. The process includes a pre-approval step that must be done BEFORE hours are submitted. The entire process is explained here. Please note community service is encouraged but is not a graduation requirement.
Students in the Class of 2022 – need 60 hours logged to earn service cords at commencement
Students in the Class of 2023 and beyond – need 120 hours logged to earn service cords at commencements and/or 60 hours logged to earn the local community service diploma seal.
