The Kenston High School literary magazine, Janus, was honored with a rank of “Superior” in the 2021 National College of Teachers of English Program – REALM Award (Recognize Excellence in Art and Literary Magazines). Over 200 schools entered the 2021 program and only Kenston and one other school in Ohio received the highest honor. Student Editors of the 2021 edition were Maximus Yost (Lead Editor) Michael Yost (Lead Editor), Dante Anderson, Noelle Badalotti, Natalia Barone, Grace Geisler, Kathryn Haynes, Anna Marthe, Skylar Pagon, Halle Preneta, Hayley Sharp, Jenna Stretch and Lily Tatara. Mr. Tony Marchesi was the Faculty Advisor.
