Cleveland Clinic offers an amazing opportunity for any student who would like to learn more about the medical field.

With 4 different grade-based programs to choose from, these summer experiences and internships give Northeast Ohio middle and high school students the opportunity to learn and work alongside caregivers across the enterprise including Main Campus, Regional Hospitals, Family Health Centers, Administrative offices and the community. These programs promote learning in health and wellness, the arts, innovation, financial literacy, and more. Each experience and program is formulated to inspire students to embrace a variety of disciplines as keys to success, and to foster skills that will help them become life-long learners.

Experiences range from three weeks for Healthcare+ Pathways® and four weeks for NEOREMA™; internships range from six weeks for Cleveland Clinic Louis Stokes and nine weeks for Science. The Healthcare+ Pathways® and NEOREMA™ experiences are introductory programs to the world of healthcare and possible careers. The Louis Stokes Internship Program allows students to focus on non-clinical/business-focused areas of healthcare, such as Administration, Buildings & Properties/ Engineering, Community Outreach, Hospitality, Human Resources, Information Technology, Law Department, Marketing, Protective Services & more. The Science Internship Program allows a student to choose from 10 different clinical career focus tracks. Through the science internship tracks, students have the ability to gain knowledge in clinical areas such as Applied Medicine, Creative Learning, Health Horizons, Laboratory Medicine, Nursing Care, Physical Therapy, Public Health, Radiology, Respiratory Care and Translational Medicine.
