Tonight’s 4th Grade Music Performance/Playoff Pickup Information

Dear KIS Parent(s),
As we share in the excitement for our state bound Kenston football team, we recognize that there may be quite a few students picked up early by parents so that they can attend the game Friday afternoon.  As communicated by Superintendent Nancy Santilli earlier this week, parents wishing to have their child attend the Championship game with them are asked to send in a pick up note (form is attached), with the time the child will be picked up. Parents must sign their child out in the office. If your child is to be picked up by someone other than one of the parents, the office must receive a written request from you to that effect.
In an effort to better plan for the pick up of your child, we are asking that your note be sent in on Thursday (tomorrow), with the following information:
  • Pickup is for FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2018 – one time
  • Child’s Name
  • Classroom Teacher
  • Expected Pickup Time
  • Who will be picking the child up
  • Parent signature
We will be coordinating a school-wide pick up list tomorrow, once we have received the notes so that your child is ready at the expected pick up time indicated on your note.  If you have questions regarding the pick up of your child, please don’t hesitate to call our office at 440-543-9722.
Thank you in advance for your help so we can have this run as smoothly as possible!

4th Grade Music Program

I would also like to remind our 4th grade parents that our 4th grade student music performance will take place Tonight at 7pm in the Timmons Elementary School Gymnnasium.  Please have your student in the Timmons gymnasium by 6:45pm.  We look forward to seeing you there!
If you have any questions, please contact the KIS office at 440-543-9722.
As always, thank you for your continued support of Kenston Schools.
Go Bombers!!
