Bombers back on the Grind

The 2018 Division lll State champions, Kenston Bombers, are back to the grind in the weight room and getting ready for next season.  After only a short month off the Bombers are back in the weight room preparing for the upcoming season.While all everyone sees is the final result on those Friday night lights the hard work for these players is year round starting in the weight room to get as strong as possible for the next season. I asked Junior starting offensive guard Justin Schroeder how  the team was doing in the weight room and this is what he said, “Everyone’s working hard,  and excited to be back in the weight room grinding.”

While the games may not start for another few months the season starts now for these players in the weight room.
