Remember, your 2018-2019 Yearbook is still in the process of being put together and will take the summer to complete—especially since there are still events happening even after school is out—mainly athletic. For those graduating seniors, you will receive your yearbook this fall by mail if you selected the option for “Senior” yearbook and you checked the box “mail to home” when you placed your order. TONIGHT: GOOD LUCK! Girls Track:
Congratulations to the Girls Track Team as they became Runner’s Up at the District Track Meet on Friday, May 17th! This is the first time in Kenston’s history! Great job girls! They will compete at Regionals on Wednesday, May 22nd and Friday, May 24th along with the boy’s team qualifier, Jakob McConnell. Run like the wind and get to State!

THURSDAY & FRIDAY: Locker Clean-Out:
On Thursday 5/23 & Friday 5/24 we will have LOCKER CLEAN OUT. What went in, must come out–dead or alive. Some of you may need more than 2 days to clean out your locker. You can start early by taking things home that you don’t need anymore.

The Students will be expected to arrive to school by 7:45 AM each day and they must remain in school until the conclusion of their second exam. Students will be permitted to leave school following their second exam at 12:15 PM. For those students who choose to remain at school until regular dismissal at 2:15 PM, lunch will be served, followed by teacher-led Reviews and make-up sessions. Regular transportation will be provided on both days as usual.

The 2017-18 Yearbooks arrived in September! All students should have received their yearbook from last year on Wednesday, Sept 19th during homeroom. Seniors, this is your big year! Everyone wants a picture of you! All seniors should’ve taken advantage of the FREE session for Senior Picture for the Yearbook on Thursday, Sept. 27th. Venditti was here to take a complimentary, professional picture—sorry, you cannot purchase this picture, it is for the yearbook only. If you missed it, you will have to submit a picture or have a professional submit it. All seniors who have already had their senior pictures taken at Venditti, New Direction, Palmieri, Noah Blue, or Slezak Photography will automatically have their pictures sent directly to the Kenston Yearbook. Other studios must seek approval before submitting a photo and adhere to the yearbook specifications. All senior pictures for the yearbook were due on January 15, 2019! Questions should be addressed to Mr. Fodor in room A-114 or email him at email@example.com.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS for Senior Portraits:
Senior portrait specifications for other Photographers: Size—no less than 300 dpi. Pose—only traditional full color portrait, head and shoulders only. Background—must be on the spectrum from cobalt to navy blue (no light blue). No hats, props, hands or inappropriate clothing. Submit your photograph electronically by email attachment to: firstname.lastname@example.org or on a CD. Under no circumstances will a senior portrait be scanned from a print.
