Girls Soccer Conditioning

Attention all girls interested in joining the Fall 2018 Girls Soccer team, Coach Vass will be holding weight training and conditioning sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the weight room. There will be 5 fitness tests for tryouts, and you must pass 4 out of the 5. The tests include 25 push-ups in 1 minute, 40 sit-ups in 1 minute, 1.5 mile run in 12 minutes, 300 yard shuttle (25 yards x 12) within 65 seconds, and run 120 yards within 20 seconds 10 times. Tryouts will be coming up in a blink of an eye, so be ready! If you have any questions or concerns, you can email coach, Kathleen Vass at kathleen.vass@kenstonapps.org
