Webmaster’s note: Special thanks to 7th grader Grace Spehn for taking these photos! I left my house in Wickliffe at 6 p.m., but did not arrive at KHS until 7:20 (normally it takes me 30 minutes). I knew traffic might be heavy with the snow falling, so I should have left earlier. Thank you Grace! ~ Mr. C.

Michaela Barnes
    • Freshman | Sophomore | Junior | Senior
    • Basketball: 4 years Varsity
    • Other Sports: Lettered in Volleyball and Track
    • Interests/Accomplishments: Michaela is a three time National Champion with TNBA AAU Basketball and four time letter winner. She enjoys singing, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
    • College: Michaela will be attending Edinboro University on a full scholarship where she plans to study Human Performance.
Nicole Doran

    • Freshman | Sophomore | Junior | Senior
    • Basketball: 2 years JV, 1 year Varsity
    • Other Sports: Varsity Tennis- District Qualifier
    • Interests/Accomplishments: Nicole was the Captain on the Tennis Team and the team MVP. She received the Coaches Award for Tennis and was 2nd Team All Conference. Nicole was also the Department Award winner in AP Biology, and she was Kenston’s 2015 Homecoming Queen.
    • College: Nicole will be attending either Ohio State University or Duke University to study Marine Biology

    • Basketball: 1 year Freshman, 1 year JV, 2 years Varsity
    • Interests/Accomplishments: Sarah was on the Chagrin Valley All Conference Second Team, Special Mention All District Division 1, and received a 3-D Art Academic Award
    • College: Sarah will be attending Hiram College and plans to major in accounting and play basketball.
Taylor Wiegand

    • Freshman | Sophomore | Junior | Senior
    • Basketball: 2 years JV, 2 years Varsity
    • Other Sports: 4 years Varsity Fast Pitch
    • Interests/Accomplishments: Taylor loves elephants and enjoys spending time with her family and her bunny CoCo. She also loves working with special needs children.
    • College: Thanks to C.E.C. Taylor will be majoring in Special Education next year. She has not made a final decision on where she will attend college yet.
