HOW TO CLAIM YOUR SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP
Congratulations on being awarded the Kenston Foundation Scholarship!
In order to receive your scholarship, please provide the following information:
- A copy of your Tuition Bill or College Acceptance Letter.
- A “Thank You” note to your scholarship’s sponsor in an addressed, stamped envelope.
- The contact information for the organization or individual that sponsored your scholarship. This information was provided to you with your scholarship award certificate.
- The Thank You note should be more than one sentence and should also indicate a statement about your intended field of study.
You can provide these documents in person to a Foundation representative who will be available at Panera Bread (8480 E. Washington, Bainbridge, OH – end of the shopping plaza next to Heinen’s) on the following dates and times:
Sunday, June 9, 2019 from noon – 2 p.m.
Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 7-8 p.m.
If you are not able to make either of these dates/times, you will need to mail your documents by June 14, 2019 to:

Once the required information is received the Kenston Foundation will mail a check directly to you at the address provided on your application. Please note that you should consult a tax advisor regarding any potential tax implications relating to your receipt of the scholarship funds. If you do not provide the completed requirements above, or contact the Foundation to discuss alternate arrangements by no later than June 30, 2019, your scholarship will be forfeited.
