As a district, we are continuing to work to streamline the amount of paperwork that has to be filled out by parents each year and support our Go Green! Initiatives. This year, using our available technology, the Annual Census Verification form and Emergency Medical Authorization as well as various annual release forms will be completed ONLINE through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal on the Kenston Schools website.
Parents should have received an email on August 6th introducing the online verification update with a request to complete by August 31st.
- It is REQUIRED that parents or guardians complete the Annual Census Verification including Emergency Medical Authorization by Friday, August 31. If not completed, students may be withheld from field trips and transportation to athletic events.
- New families and current households without Infinite Campus Parent Portal accounts have received an email on Thursday, August 2 with directions to create their account.
- If you do not have internet access, computers/devices will be available at our schools and Board Office. Internet access is also available at the Bainbridge Public Library.
- This should only take a few minutes for each student. Links to important documents are available to view or print within the verification. The health documents and Handbooks documents can also be accessed through District Forms on our website.
