Want to join CEC Club? You’re in luck, it is an easy process with many benefits. CEC is a club that students get together to work with other peers with a disability. We go on field trips, spread acceptance, become friendly faces, do after school activities, and much more. There is a Google Classroom where students can sign up to receive announcements, meeting agendas, and important information. A Remind 101 is also set up to receive updates about CEC Club. Signing up and volunteering for this club will look great when applying to colleges. Already in the club? Want to make an even bigger impact? You can run for an officer; there is President, Vice President, Secretary. and Treasurer. All you have to do is send a video into google classroom explaining why you would like to run for this position and what you plan to bring to the club this school year. The deadline is September 18th and the video must be 1-2 minutes long. CEC club has truly made an impact on my life and I hope I have made an impact while volunteering and being in the club.
